Hi, I'm Zelda

Founder of Human.dev- human with two wonderful daughters and a dog. Shaping analysis at the intersection between human development, technology and communications. Social impact strategist with a career that spans the BBC, the United Nations and the LEGO Foundation focused on the science of learning, early child development and 'parenting upgrade potential'. Advisor and/or board member for LEGO Foundation, Real Play Coalition, MeaningSphere, Intrinsic Labs.

Hi, I'm Sam

I hope to contribute towards holistic human and ecological health. My interdisciplinary research interests lean towards: Media Ecology, Network Science, Topological Design, Ecology, Mental Health, and Early Child Development. I am inspired by nature (forest research and re-wilding/conservation biology) and improvisational jazz music (flow state psychology and community structure) as metaphorical vehicles to catalyse the internet’s great potential towards a new (maybe) ‘digital renaissance’.

Hi I'm Jessica

I have a keen interest in brain development and the neuroscience behind modern parenting. I currently work at the UCL Institute of Ophthalmology in their genetics department. During my Psychology (BSc) degree, I co-founded Coventry University’s Philosophy society and worked as Senior Editorial Assistant at The European Journal of Counselling Psychology. I specialised in neurodevelopment and neurodegeneration during my Neuroscience (MSc) degree. Now working as a Project Collaborator at Human.dev on Modern Parenting, Intrinsic Motivation and Early Child Development

Hi, I'm Zelda, mother to two wonderful humans and a dog. I am a specialist in behavioural science, parenting, learning and technology. With five years in the media business, three years in the United Nations and five years at the LEGO Foundation. As founder of Human.dev, I advise a range of clients including the LEGO Group, MeaningSphere and Intrinsic Labs as well as co-leading on a cities portfolio for the Real Play Coalition- formed of LEGO Foundation, ARUP Ingka (IKEA), National Geographic Partners and UNICEF.
